The target audience for our film is people aged between 12 - 35, predominately female viewers, while some males may chose to watch romantic comedy films due to the comedy side of the film.

As an example we expect our film to have a similar audience to Love Actually is a Romantic Comedy Film and will have an audience like ours.The film Love Actually certificate rating is a 15, so it'sn targeting at 16-35 year olds becausen people would most want to watch it with there friends, family or partner. Furthermore the target market will depend on the scene in the film, so the scene in this will be more adult scene with strong language and maybe some violence. The film Love Actually, is most successful with the female gender, this is because the film is completely romantic and about different types of love. Male genders may also watch Love Actually with their partners. Love Actually target audeince's nationality would be mostly British as they use British actors. British formal language, to show across the British culture which will attract the English audience. Love Actually also shows high, low and middle classes and it shows the relationship of fallin in love between the classes and how people in reality act with each other.
